To receive your bonus, your referred friend must:

No. Anyone with an Academy of Vedic Vidya account can join the Dharma Dhoota program, though benefits may vary for students vs. non-students. (T&Cs apply).
Using the code at sign-up is mandatory. If the code is not applied, the referral will be ineligible for benefits, and we cannot add it later.
Go to https://www.academyofvedicvidya.com/affiliate-program/. If you already have an Academy of Vedic Vidya account, you can share your unique link or enter your friend's email. If not, just sign up to get started.
- For Enrolled AVV Students: Log in to your learning platform and find the "Refer and Earn" option in your account dropdown.
- For Non-Enrolled Users: Visit our website and find the "Refer and Earn" or "Dharma Dhoota" page.
Important: Once your friend uses a code to enroll, it is final. It cannot be changed or corrected, and no rewards will be given for incorrect or missing codes.
Once your referred friend meets all eligibility criteria, our team will email you a PAN form (from referral@academyofvedicvidya.com) for verification.
- For Enrolled AVV Students: The PAN form is sent after your friend's eligibility is confirmed.
- For Non-Enrolled Users: The PAN form is sent within 30 days of your friend's batch start date.
After your PAN is verified, your cashback will be disbursed via a Razorpay link within 7-10 working days.
Your bonus may be pending if your referred friend:
- Did not use your code correctly upon application.
- Has not started their batch yet.
- Has not paid their full program fees.
- You may also be ineligible if your code was posted publicly on social media.
The benefit for your friend is a fee waiver applied when they make their payment. This is different from a scholarship. If the waiver isn't automatically applied, your friend should contact their admission counsellor immediately.
This is typically due to one of two reasons:
- Taxes: All bonus payouts are subject to TDS and applicable tax deductions. Deductions are higher if PAN details are not provided.
- Course Value: Your bonus amount is based on the specific AVV course your friend enrolls in, not your own. Please check the Dharma Dhoota page for the correct bonus rate for each program.
